Thank you for taking the time to read this information. I have never written a blog before and am trying something new. Thank you for overlooking some of my expressions and wording as I develop. My goal is to share with you all the information I can to improve your health and your experience in this existence we call life. I have been in practice for several years. I haven't accepted this aging thing yet so I won't share how many years...but I will sometime. I guess I will grow into it.
